We met at 10am at the Palm Court Pavilion in Beach House Park, Worthing and after coffee and selecting our lunches we set off through the gardens towards the seafront.

We then walked in a westerly direction with everyone going at their own pace. There was almost no wind and dry but very cloudy.

Once we got to the Marine Gardens it was time to turn round and make our way back to the start where we enjoyed excellent food and drink followed by tea/coffee and mince pies.

There were 15 walkers (maximum 4 miles) with 14 staying for lunch.
